The author, a journalist and writer, will engage in a dialogue with Claudio Rinaldi, Director of the Gazzetta di Parma.
The book, available with the Gazzetta di Parma from Wednesday, September 25th for 13 euros plus the price of the newspaper, is the latest title in the “Made in Italy” series, conceived by Annarita Briganti to shed light on the stories of great Italian excellences.
“Barilla” tells the company’s journey that began with the vision of Pietro Barilla, who in 1877 opened a bakery specializing in bread and pasta in Parma. Nearly 150 years later, Barilla, still a family-owned company, is a global player in the pasta market, synonymous with quality and tradition, while maintaining a meticulous focus on raw materials.
